By submitting documentation for the competition, the candidate confirms that they
are informed about the purposes and grounds for submitting such documentation.
Specifically, the provided personal data will be processed in accordance with the
requirements of the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” for the purposes
of staff selection and, where applicable, the establishment of an employment relationship.The competition documentation submitted by the candidate will be stored by the
university in accordance with Order No. 72 of the Minister of Justice of Georgia
dated March 31, 2010, which defines the retention periods for typical administrative
documents created during the operational activities of institutions.Furthermore, the personal data of candidates who do not pass the selection stage
will be retained by the university for the duration of authorization in the case
of academic staff, and for a period of two months in the case of administrative/support
staff, after which the documentation will be permanently destroyed.
