About Erasmus + Exchange Programs

Georgian State Sports University participates in the “Erasmus+” exchange programs funded by the European Commission.

Erasmus Credit Mobility is a short-term exchange program for students and academic/administrative staff of higher education institutions. This program is implemented within the framework of partnership agreements signed between universities in Georgia and Europe (participating countries in the program).

The International Credit Mobility Program allows our students to receive European education and unique experience during one semester, improve professional skills and expand international connections.

Within the framework of mobility, tuition and travel expenses are fully reimbursed. Students will also be awarded a monthly scholarship of up to 800-900 euros (the above scholarship and travel limits may change depending on the requirements of the national regulations of a particular university).

After completing the Erasmus+ mobility program, the host university sends the transcript (mark sheet) of subjects to the University of Sport for credit recognition.
